We think about China, there individualism has no chance, individual resistance will be broken by a socialist dictatorship - only here in the West the individual can effectively assert himself against the state. But it looks like it seems to be the other way around. I do not know of such clearly visible expressions of successful individual resistance from the West, like the "nail houses" in China.
