Cuba's economy is extremely dependent on tourism, which has probably collapsed due to the pandemic. Tourism has not only brought the island population a lot of money, but also brought goods and other pluralism. Without all that, as well as because of the US blockade against Cuba for 6 decades, there is now increasing lack and discontent. In addition, there are foreign interests that incite these discontented parts of the population. The fact that the Cuban head of government goes out and listens and speaks to the protesters seems exemplary, not even many Western governments do that.
Unfortunately, I have not yet found a way of helping Cuba without supporting foreign interference interests.
I couldn't find a complete Cuban flag on Cuban websites, so I copied one from a European website.
